Who we are
How You Want designs websites, software, apps, and logos. Questions go to info@howyouwant.com. Design answers go to design@howyouwant.com. The owner is reached at caleb@howyouwant.com. Phone: (406) 402-7084.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: name, email, phone, business details, and the message itself.
- Your light or dark choice, saved on this device.
- A note on this device that you saw the storage notice.
We don't ask you to make an account. We don't run ads. We don't buy mailing lists.
How we use it
We use what you send so we can reply, confirm a price, and do the work you asked for. Design messages go to design@howyouwant.com. Questions go to info@howyouwant.com. Problems and deletion requests go to caleb@howyouwant.com. We don't sell your information. We don't trade it. We don't use it to advertise other companies to you.
Cookies and this device
The site remembers if you chose light or dark. That choice is saved only on your phone or computer. If you press OK on the notice, we remember that too, so the notice does not come back every visit. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies.
How a form is delivered
When you press Send, this website sends the message as email to the inbox that matches the form. The page does not open your email app. Delivery uses a form-to-email service so the message can reach that inbox. Don't send passwords or payment card numbers through the form.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only as long as we need them to answer you and to do the work. When the work is done and there's no reason to keep the note, we delete it.
Delete everything
To have all of your information deleted immediately, email caleb@howyouwant.com. Use the form below and it goes to that address from this page. Say the email and phone you used so we can find the right records. We delete what we have as soon as we read the request.
Children
This site is not for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, write to caleb@howyouwant.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can skip the questions. You can leave the showcase box unchecked, and we will not show your finished work here. You can switch light and dark, or ignore that choice. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
If this policy changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. The old promise still covers information you already sent: we don't sell it, and you can ask for it to be deleted.
